[kernel-xen] kernel-xen-3.9.2-1 released

The vanilla kernel has now moved onto the 3.9.x tree as stable. This 
means 3.7 and 3.8 branches are now EOL.

As such, I've rebased the kernel-xen package on kernel 3.9.

This comes with a few bonuses. The dm-cache project is now included and 
is built as a module for those willing to utilise its advantages. See 
the project web site for further info:

Packages are currently syncing to mirrors and should be available for 
mass consumption shortly.
