[kernel-xen] Possible libvirt compile fix against Xen 4.2.0

Hi all,

Can someone who uses libvirt try compiling it against my Xen 4.2.0 
packages after applying the patch contained here:

https://www.redhat.com/archives/libvir-list/2012-September/msg01830.html

I have a feeling this may well fix building libvirt against Xen 4.2.0.

Sadly, as I don't use libvirt at all (and never have), I wouldn't know 
how to test it even if it built ;)
