[kernel-xen] starting DomU's after upgrade to 4.2.0

For the benefit of the list also:

xm should work fine. Everything should be compatible with 4.1.3 - 
including scripts that use xm.

That is unless you want to disable the xend service and use xl - which 
should work also.
