[kernel-xen] Problems with HVM virtualisation on AMD boxes

Have a look at the output of 'xm info' - it will tell you what you can do.
From memory, you won't see an svm tag when booting into the Xen
hypervisor as that would indicate you could run a hypervisor within a
hypervisor - which is not supported at this point.
